Returning home to the Minnesota after seven years in Washington, DC, I am thrilled to once again serve alongside the wonderful staff at All Saints while Mrs. Rougier is still on leave. A Magnum Cum Laude graduate of Saint Olaf College with a BA in Vocal and Classroom Music Education, I bring a strong passion for music, enthusiasm for working with young people, and absolute joy in serving in a faith community. I have over twenty years of experience with youth and adults as singers, educators, and collaborators in both private, public, and parochial settings. Interesting Facts:
My husband, Brian, and I, along with our three children, William (9th), Cecilia (7th), and Joseph (5th) are parishioners at Basilica of Saint Mary in Minneapolis. In addition to teaching, I enjoy reading, baking, gardening, biking, and singing. While in DC, I met the President and sang Christmas Carols at a White House cocktail party where we ate “Bo,” the dog, sugar cookies courtesy of the White House pastry chef! I also spent a few weeks traveling in Italy. Our favorite things included seeing the Sistine Chapel, climbing all 600+ stairs to the top of St. Peter’s, wandering the ruins of Pompeii and the Coliseum, running up and down the Spanish Steps, splashing in Trevi Fountain, and of course, eating lots and lots of gelato everywhere we went. Favorite Bible Verse:
Psalm 104:33 I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God while I live.
