All About Me

Hello!  My name is Jennifer Olson.  I have a BA in Elementary Education with a Minor in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls.  I taught at Small Wonders Preschool in Lakeville for 8 years before becoming a mom.  Once my oldest son was born, I was a stay at home mom.  Before taking the Kindergarten teaching position last year, I was busy volunteering here at All Saints School and substitute teaching K-8 as well.

My husband, Rich and I, have been married for 23 years (soon to be 24).  We live in Farmington with our three boys.  Griffin is 15 and is a sophomore at Academy of Holy Angels.  Logan is 13 (8th grader) and Colby is 8 (3rd grader) here at All Saints.

I enjoy spending time with my family, scrap booking, photography, watching my boys play baseball, gardening, cooking, and reading. When I was in Kindergarten I wanted to grow up to be a Kindergarten teacher!

We started our small group reading time. We mix up with Mrs. Smith's class to group according to what skills we need to work on. Ask your Kinder who they worked with today. Some stay with me and Mrs. Goldammer, other went with Mrs. Thompson, others were with Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Poquette.‌

Room Parents

Hello Families!
It was fun seeing so many of you at the All Saints Festival today! What a beautiful day!
I am sending out a request to see who is interested in being a room parent. I have had a few parents possibly interested but only a confirmation from one parent. Ideally it would be great to have 3-4 parents.
The room parent meeting is Tuesday, September 26, 6:30 p.m. in Mrs. Johnson's room. There will be information for all room parents, school wide, as well ask many people to answer your questions.
You do need to have the E3 requirements met to be a room parent.
Please respond to this email to confirm if you would like to be a room parent. Even if you have shown an interest verbally to me, please reply so I have all the names in one place.
Thanks for considering this opportunity to help in your child's classroom.
