All About Me

Brief Bio:
I received my degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of South Dakota. I worked as a systems engineer for 12 years with Electronic Data Systems. I developed software, led projects, and taught classes to fellow systems engineers. I retired from that profession when my youngest child was born.  When he started kindergarten here at All Saints, I began substitute teaching here. I enjoyed the wide variety of teaching K-8, as well as almost all the specialist classes and Falcon’s Nest for 11 years. This is my 6th year as the Computer Teacher. My husband, Wayne, and I have been parishioners at All Saints for 27 years. We have 4 children, Josh, Erin, Alicia, Ross, a son-in-law Michael Fakler (married to Erin), a granddaughter, Quinn Cecilia, and a grandson, Frederick Joseph.

Interesting Facts:
Within the church, I am a sacristan, a Eucharistic Minister, assist with Chosen 10, and participate in the Adult Bible Studies and Book Clubs. I enjoy golfing, watching my grandchildren, and spending time with family.

Favorite Bible Verse:
Philippians 4:6-7 “Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
