DAYS: Mondays AND Wednesdays, March 4 - 27

TIME: 3:00-5:00 pm

PLACE: Bogart's Entertainment Center
14917 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley
Families are responsible for providing transportation to and from Bogart's.

COST: $125 if you sign up and pay by February 18.***

After the 18th, the cost will be $145.

Limit: Minimum of 10 students ~ Maximum of 40 students ~ Registration will close when we have 40 bowlers or on February 26, whichever comes first.

***EARLY BIRD: BOTH form and payment need to be received to qualify for the early bird deal.***

DUE: The last day to register and pay is Monday, February 26.
