SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION FORM - one per family; all families of K-8 students:
Each family is required to complete the Transportation Form, which is found at the bottom of the cover letter (below).
Due by May 12, 2024. Completing by the due date saves on time and resources. Thank you!
EAGLE BLUFF FORMS 2023
EAGLE BLUFF - for grades 6 and 7
All Saints Catholic Middle School has a tradition of traveling to Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center at the beginning of each school year. This is an overnight (three days/two nights) field trip for our sixth and seventh graders and is a requirement of our curriculum.
If you have any questions regarding our trip, please ask! Mrs. Koch can be reached via email at: [email protected], and she is more than happy to answer any questions you or your child may have about the upcoming trip!
Information is sent out in August and an informational meeting about this great opportunity will be held during our beginning of the year Open House night at 5:00p,m in Room 4!
