About Me
I have been a part of the All Saints community since 2020 when my family here from Iowa. At All Saints, I have been an active member of the community by providing funeral desserts and salads, volunteering in classrooms, and being on the executive committee for the All Saints Gala. My two daughters attend All Saints School and my husband is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
Bio:
I was born and raised in Iowa City, IA. I was blessed to attend Regina Catholic Education Center from K-12. Upon graduation, I journeyed to the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA where I graduated with a Business degree with an emphasis in marketing and a minor in market research. I currently am group fitness certified and am a fitness instructor at LifeTime.
My husband, Matt, and I have two children Eleanor and Adelaide. Matt works for EY Accounting Firm as an IT consultant. We both enjoy our Iowa Hawkeyes! Our families still reside in Iowa- Iowa City and Denison. Our family loves to travel and adventure to new places. We enjoy bike rides, hiking, and beaches.
Interesting Facts:
I have a love of sports of all levels - from seeing my daughters play softball and soccer to professional football and baseball. My father raised me as a Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Cubs fan. I do love the Minnesota Twins as well (different divisions). While I love watching sports, I enjoy playing them as well. I played a lot of volleyball, basketball, and softball growing up. A little-known fact is that the boys in my class asked me to play 7th-grade tackle football because I was tall and could catch the ball, I led the team in receptions that season.
