Ms. Wendi Jurek

Preschool Director & MWF Half-Day Lead Teacher

I’m very excited to begin my 10th year at All Saints preschool as Director and M-W-F teacher. I have over 10 years of teaching experience at the elementary level. I have a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership with a BA in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood. I love having the opportunity to be a part of the preschoolers’ educational journey. I have two children. Camryn, 20, is a junior at the U of M and Alex,17, is a senior at Lakeville North. Both my children attended preschool at All Saints! I enjoy spending time with my family and attending the kids’ activities. I also like gardening, cooking, reading, scrapbooking and sports. I look forward to getting to know your children and an exciting school year.

T/TH Half-Day Lead Teacher

I can’t wait to meet the 3 & 4 year-olds and be their teacher this year! This is my first year of teaching preschool at All Saints. I previously taught 1st grade for 10 years in nearby districts. I live in Burnsville with my husband, our 3-year-old daughter, Mabel, and our golden doodle, Maverick. We are parishioners at St. John the Baptist in Savage. I enjoy going for bike rides, cooking, yoga, and spending time with friends and family. I am excited to get to know your child and have LOTS of fun with them this year!

MWF and T/TH Half-Day Assistant

I feel very blessed to be starting my 11th year here at All Saints Preschool. I will also be a lead teacher for Catechesis of the Good Shepard for Preschool. I truly enjoy getting to know our new students and watching them grow throughout the year. My husband Nathan and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary this summer. We have two miracles from God, Jessica is 21 and a senior at Texas Christian University and Jason is 17 and a senior at Farmington High School. Both my children attended two years of Preschool here at All Saints. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my kids at their sporting events, going on bike rides, and spending time with my family. I am very excited to pray, play and work with your little miracles this year!

All-Day Lead Teacher

I couldn’t be more thrilled to be teaching my third year of all-day preschool at All Saints with this wonderful community of teachers and staff. I taught preschool at New Horizon and the University of Minnesota prior to having children.  I have a Child Psychology degree and a Master’s in Education from the University of Minnesota. I also subbed in the Lakeville school district for years. I have taught Spirit Kids, the Faith Enrichment Program at All Saints, for my three kids for seven years. I am so excited to be teaching and praying with young children again! My husband, Dave, and I live in Lakeville and have three children- Seth (16), Owen (13), and Chloe (10). We also have a sweet dog named Buster. When I’m not carting children around to all their activities, I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, and swimming with the family. I am so excited to be back for my third year on the preschool staff at All Saints and look forward to sharing the joy of God's love with all our children. I have been working with children in various roles throughout my life, including teaching Early Catholic Family Life (ECFL) at St. Helena's in Minneapolis. The newness and discovery of childhood is so refreshing and truly a gift from God. My husband Andy and I live in Burnsville and we have 3 children - Will, Max, and Greta along with a cuddly pup named Clover. I love to garden, create art, play the piano and take nature walks with my family. I am honored and grateful to be a part of the All Saints Community!

All-Day Assistant

I have been a part of All Saints for my whole life: starting with my mom and her siblings attending school here at the old church. My sister and I also attended school here. When I got older, I then came back to work in Falcon’s Nest. Now, I’m back once again to work in preschool. I began last December and I’m super excited for my first full year. It is truly amazing and wondrous to watch the kids grow throughout the year, and I find it personally fulfilling to help them along their journey. I live in Lakeville with my mom, dad, and baby sister to help care for my dad’s medical needs.
