Hello 3rd grade families,
As we enjoy our summer vacations, we keep you all in our thoughts and prayers as we look forward to seeing you again in the fall.
If you are interested in things to do over the summer with your child to help keep them in the educational mind-set, we suggest that you participate in the summer reading incentive through the library here at All Saints. Reading is always something that children can do to prepare for the next school year and this prgram is a great way to get children motivated to read over the summer.
Also, we have provided math sites to support and guide students in learning their math facts. As students enter third grade, we expect that they have a good understanding of addition and subtractions facts. Before the end of the third grade year, students will learn their multiplication facts and work on understanding the concept of division.
Enjoy your summer and we look forward to working with you all in the fall.
